Here is a brief rundown of what we at {S&M} are looking for.

We are looking for members with maturity and a laid back nature. People that play the game for fun, but also have a competitive edge, as we are involved with TWL. Frag Rate is not really an issue with us and would like people that can handle the fact that there are better players than all of us out there and we just need to work to improve our game, as opposed to flying off the handle about it.

We do forceclass quite frequently when playing on the bridge and also play different maps, especially around the time of competition. Willingness to learn new things and being well rounded is important.

We are also very active in the Anti Cheat community and strive to uphold those principles to the best of our ability.

Honor and Frag Rate have nothing to do with the quality of the person applying. We do not base our decisions on those things. We base it on the person and how well we feel we can come together as a team.
